Strings and Drums is an independent photography gallery doing pop up exhibitions in London and online. The gallery elevates works from women photographers around the globe. Strings and Drums aims to offer new perspectives in the field of visual communication and arts by giving a voice and a platform to artists that have been misrepresented throughout the centuries.
We developed the visual identity for this young gallery, giving them tools to reach new audiences and investors to support the work of the gallery. Our toolkit included the design of a logo, templates for their presentations and an approach for the website and their communications assets.
The name Strings and Drums comes from the owner's passion for music. For her, photography evokes music, with a cadence, rhythm and flow. Our approach highlighted this contrasted relationship between the boldness of the drums and the elegance of strings.
