Our new exhibition ‘Unfinished Business’ opened today at the British Library. It highlights the many voices of the women’s rights movement in the UK through integrated displays of photography, books, paintings, film and immersive audio visual pieces. The exhibition also focuses on contemporary activist groups and aims to provide visitors with a momentum to dig deeper and get involved.

The exhibition design focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, attempting to embody the feeling of movement and activity. It is an environment which offers respite to some of the more sensitive materials on display, creates spaces for reflection and contemplation, as well as collective and celebratory areas.
